25TH ANNIVERARY OF HOLY TRINITY CONFERENCE, MAITAMA
REPORT ON THE SPECIAL EMPOWERMENT PROGRAMME OF SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL, HOLY TRINITY CATHOLIC CHURCH MAITMA CONFERENCE ABUJA.
On Saturday, 17th February 2024, SSVP Maitama Conference empowered 181 masters with various empowerment items ranging from Sewing machine, Grinding machine, Baking oven, Hair dryer and accessories, Makeup items, Knitting machine, Popcorn machine, Welding machine, and Laptop.
The event, anchored by Bro. Chinedu Ani, officially commenced at 10am with an opening prayer by the Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Moses Jimbili; followed by a welcome remark by the President of SSVP Maitama Conference, Sis Juliet Onwuemelia. Then the Auxiliary Bishop, His Lordship Most Rev. Dr. Anselm Umoren MSP gave a word of advice to the masters and afterwards blessed the empowerment items and everyone in attendance.
Presentation of the empowerment items then proceeded and was officiated by the following representatives;

OWhile the presentation of items was ongoing, our masters and all in attendance were given some refreshments.
At the end of the presentation of empowerment items, the Vice President SSVP Maitama Conference, Ms. Ijeoma Osuji gave an update about all items not distributed due to absence of the masters; that they will be kept for two weeks after which the Society will empower other masters in need.
The event came to a close at 12noon with a vote of thanks given by Mr. Chidi Nzerem, followed by a closing prayer by Auxiliary Bishop, His Lordship Most Rev. Dr. Anselm Umoren MSP.
